I learned to do hair at 11 years old. When most kids were still figuring out who they were, I was already building a business with my own two hands.

Ever since the pandemic, I watched talented stylists and beauty pros burn out, take on second jobs, or leave the industry altogether....Not because they lacked passion or skill, but because they couldn’t earn enough to support their lifestyle.

Inflation and rising costs has drastically changed the economy, effecting client spending habits. This made it harder than ever for beauty professionals to stay afloat.

Nowadays, “booked” does not mean stable.

I know that struggle because I lived it. I worked sunup to sundown, missed experiences with my family, and still felt like I was struggling just to keep up. My turning point came when I shifted my focus from chasing the next client to building a business that kept the ones I had.

Now, my mission is to teach beauty pros, educators, and salon owners how to do the same. to build stable, structured businesses with loyal clients, consistent income, and the freedom to enjoy the lives they’ve worked so hard to create.

Every VIP Day, corporate training, and speaking engagement I lead is a step toward that goal.

Before consulting organizations, I built a high-retention, six-figure salon business from the ground up.
